A number of people raised concerns about the discovery of what appears to be evidence of a Roman settlement on the land south of Marske.
As a minister in the department for levelling up, I have to be careful with what I say publicly - however I know some of the local councillors in Marske have raised this directly with Miller Homes and the Government - and I am making sure the relevant ministers are aware of their concerns.
