Great to be at the Institute in Eston tonight for a busy and lively community meeting for Eston Ward (includes Whale Hill, Bankfields, Lackenby, Lazenby and Wilton).
I was pleased to give updates on the £20 million we received from Government to help us improve Eston Square and rebuild Eston Baths - as well as conversations I’ve had with Arriva on a bus service for Lazenby.
Thanks to Councillors David Taylor and Stephen Martin for helping organise and for so many coming along and giving their views - as well as the police for listening to the community and responding to questions.
