I’ve been over in Israel with a group of other MPs to learn more about what’s happening there.
Had a fascinating time, where we explored the security challenges in the region as well as the opportunity for trade and tech.
We met with both the Deputy Foreign Minister for Israel, and the Prime Minister of the Palestinian Authority - visiting Jerusalem and Tel Aviv in Israel, the cities of Ramallah and Rawabi in the West Bank, the Golan Heights and the borders of Syria and Lebanon.
It was a great trip, and I’ve learned a lot - but it’s great to back home now.
