Today is Historic County Flag Day (apparently)…
So here’s a very proud moment from my time in parliament. The day we finally raised the Yorkshire Rose over Redcar & Cleveland Council Offices again. (Feb 3rd 2020)
Previously, the EU flag flew in its place… but after we got brexit done, we had to put something else up.
Glad the council listened to us, and returned the Yorkshire Rose to its rightful position.
