Jacob Young, MP for Redcar, today shared news of the Government's new, Maths and English catch-up scheme - designed to aid children in gaining back what key education they may have missed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The Government have committed £10 million for programmes targeted as pupils starting primary and secondary school.
These children will participate in focused Maths and English catch-up sessions.
