Today, Redcar MP Jacob Young, welcomed both Boris Johnson and Rishi Sunak to Teesside to visit the site of the area's new Freeport.
6 years ago, the area's SSI site was closed - dealing a massive blow to the local economy and jobs market. Now though, Jacob is delighted by the news that Teesside will host the UK's first and largest Freeport site.
The new site comes with plans to create 18,000 new jobs over the next 5 years.
Tees Valley Mayor, Ben Houchen, also accompanied Jacob, the Prime Minister and the Chancellor on the site visit.
