Redcar MP Jacob Young continues to raise the issue of repeat offenders in the House of Commons.
Emphasising the issue of the same people committing the same crime, Jacob would like to see a greater role from the Justice System in stopping reoffenders.
Alongside Conservative PCC Candidate Steve Turner, Jacob raised his wish to see use of technology and tagging in the UK's enforcement approach.
