Out in our beautiful constituency, talking to members of the Flatts Lane Preservation Group, Janet, Dave and Darren.
Planning permission was granted to build homes on the Theakston Estate at the bottom of Flatts Lane before I was elected, but the group have ongoing concerns that the some of what has happened on the site should not have been allowed.
I’m grateful to them for taking the time to share their concerns with me, and we’re hoping to arrange a meeting with the council’s planning officers to get the relevant answers.
