Redcar Central Ticket Office has been earmarked for closure, and will be replaced by a member of staff manning the platform instead.
You can still get tickets from the machine.
There will still be a member of staff on the platform.
We’re still planning on the £6Mill redevelopment of the old Redcar Station building.
I have to be honest, personally I haven’t used a ticket office in many years - however I recognise this will be concerning for many people who use our local rail network.
