Pavement Parking Ban?
Problem parking on pavements is something I get asked about all the time.
Personally I‘m wary of a blanket ban. Redcar Council should be given the powers to make these decisions on a street by street basis.
The other big issue is people parking over cyclepaths and blocking them.
