MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK
This week is Mental Health Awareness Week - the theme is 'kindness matters'.
I just wanted to share with you one of the things that I do to help reset my mental health.
Whether I'm feeling great, whether I'm feeling naff - the sun's still going to rise, the day's still new, and life moves on.
We all have good and bad days. But if you, or someone you know, seems to be feeling overwhelmed and perhaps need somebody to talk to, don't hesitate - help is there.
