I went to meet with Jamie from the Junction Foundation at their offices in Dormanstown to talk about all the amazing things this organisation offers and in particular the new Youth Employment, Education & skills service.
The service works with young people aged 16-25 who are unemployed or inactive to support them into Education, training or employment.
The aim is to help these young people overcome any barriers into work by assessing the individual needs of that person and offering support and development with a dedicated support worker working alongside them 1-1.
