After lobbying for a mass vaccination site for his Redcar constituency for weeks, Jacob Young MP was finally able to join the team at the Riverside Stadium to fulfil a volunteering shift.
The site is currently vaccinating 600 people a day - a tremendous local achievement.
Following the visit, Jacob said it was, "so great to see everything running smoothly and people in and out in no time."
"Thanks to all the other volunteers too, including Cleveland Fire Brigade and St John Ambulance and our NHS team."
