The Redcar MP today spoke up in the House of Commons, in favour of equal employment opportunities for those with different abilities.
Quoting the story of an anonymous constituent, Jacob argued that autism and epilepsy should not hold anyone back from work and asked the government what more could be done to help these people.
Jacob says: "I want to do all I can to support differently abled people into local jobs."
