The UK economy has rebounded within the past year with a growth of 7.5%, despite a slight drop of 0.2% at the end of 2021 due to the outbreak of Omicron and the restrictions that followed from this. The figures showed that the UK are the fastest growing economy in the G7 group nations, which include Canada, USA, Germany, Italy, France, Japan and the UK.
As well as this, there are more employees on payrolls than pre-pandemic.
