Honoured today, to lay a wreath at Redcar Cenotaph in remembrance of those who fought in the Falklands War. 
255 British people lost their lives in the conflict, including J.D.L. Caddy from Redcar.
The inscription says, “In remembrance of the 255 who died in pursuit of freedom for the Falkland Islands.
Their deaths will not be in vain for all those who believe in democratic self determination.”
We will remember them.
