SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES 
It was great to see Redcar High Street busy yesterday. I took some time to chat with a few of the local business owners about Coronavirus and how they’re coping with reopening.
Blink Eye Wear Ltd owner John has worked throughout the pandemic to ensure that key workers, the elderly and those in desperate need, were still able to get their glasses repaired in an emergency.
His hard work and positive action have managed to keep the business alive, his staff employed and his customers happy.

Got a small business grant to help with the drop in sales and customers
Used the Bounce Back Loan scheme to invest in his business and make it Covid-safe and future facing.
Without our local businesses and owners like John, our High Street wouldn’t exist - so please as we emerge from Coronavirus, use our local businesses and say thanks for the work they do.
