ESTON SQUARE
Everyone already knows how hard I worked to get the money to finally fix Eston Square. I have been frustrated that things were taking there time and progress was slow.
Had a good meeting with the council this week where they explained the progress they’ve made so far.
Somethings I’m not allowed to talk about publicly yet, but happy to say that the council said despite delays, it looks like the council are finally close to agreement with the landlords.
I have offered to help in any way I can - as I’m sure no landlord will want to stand in the way of the redevelopment of the square.
Once agreement has been reached we will get the timeframe for demolition of the old and construction of the new.
